LEGACY PORTRAITS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Legacy Portraits, every portrait is custom-made from your personal photograph. Because each piece is created exclusively for you, our return policy reflects the unique nature of custom artwork.
OUR PROOF APPROVAL PROCESS
Before your portrait is ever printed, we send you a watermarked digital proof for your review and approval. You will not be charged until you approve your proof. This process ensures you are completely satisfied with your portrait before it goes to print.
Once you approve your proof and your portrait is printed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with the portrait style after approval
- Incorrect size selected at time of order
Please review your proof carefully before approving.
PROOF REVISIONS
We want you to love your portrait. Before approval, you are entitled to one complimentary round of revisions. Simply reply to your proof email with your requested changes and we will update your portrait accordingly.
Additional revision rounds may be requested for a small fee.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your portrait arrives damaged, defective, or with a print quality issue we will reprint and reship your portrait at no charge. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email hello@legacyportraits.co with your order number and clear photos of the damage
- We will process your reprint within 3–5 business days of receiving your claim
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@legacyportraits.co within 7 days of that date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Once a lost package is confirmed, we will reship your portrait at no charge.
